The most significant event in steel-making industry, the 24th International Industrial Exhibition Metal-Expo’2018, was held in Moscow at VDNKh on November 13 – 16, 2018. OAO Tyazhpressmash took part in this exhibition.

560 companies from 32 world countries participated in the event. These companies produce 10% of the world primary metal. The fair hosted over 30 000 visitors from more than 60 countries and 300 Russian cities.

OAO Tyazhpressmash exhibited a wide range of its products at the 24th International Industrial Exhibition Metal-Expo’2018.

The key achievements presented at the exhibition by OAO Tyazhpressmash were the technological capacities of the company in primary metal production, lost foam casting, casting into CHM model (cold-hardening mixture), non-ferrous casting and also in production of forged parts in various steel grades, products for municipal utility company Vodokanal, centrifugal castings. The company presented its press-and-forge equipment: Automatic Machinery System Model ПО 950 designed for hot die forming of large products of sleeve type, Automatic Hot Forming Line Model Л348 designed for deep-well sucker rod production, Four-Die Forging Device designed to be installed in forging presses, etc.

Successful negotiations were held with potential customers.
The organizers of the exhibition announced the results of contests held.
Some specialists from OAO Tyazhpressmash were entitled winners at the International Industrial Exhibition Metal-Expo’2018 for designing and production of Automatic Two-Station Press Machine Model РП37 designed for production of products from metal powder.

At the International Industrial Exhibition Metal-Expo’2018 Sergey Samsonov, Senior Engineer of the design department, got a prize and was entitled the winner of the Young Scientist contest.
