In 2020, OAO Tyazhpressmash became the winner of the All-Russian Competition Program “100 Best Goods of Russia” and  received an Honorary Diploma.  The Automatic  Production System designed for manufacturing of railway screws Model РKA25 obtained the status of “Newly-designed product”.

The Automatic  Production System designed for manufacturing of railway screws, Model РKA25-00-00-001, is designed for production of railway screws, screw track-spikes, etc. As initial material for the Automatic Production System both coil and bar material can be used. The Automatic Production System consists of two automated production areas:

— area for cutting  of sized slugs

— area for hot heading of screw spike heads
